Rules & Regulations

Welcome Aboard! We are privileged & delighted to receive your booking!

We will do our best to give you an awesome experience!

Below are some basic pointers that you should keep in mind to help you plan your trip better.

1. Important

  • All guests must carry atleast 1 Photo Identity proof.

  • Guests should reach atleast 15-20 mins before the charter time to avoid delays.

  • A maximum of 10mins extra will be provided in case of guests reaching late. In case of further delay from guests, the boat will still have to be handed back at the agreed time, as the boat would have another booking after you and guests would be waiting.

2. F&b

  • If you have already booked F&B in a package then just sit back while the scrumptious food awaits you on the yacht.

  • In case you are getting your own, fret not, we will do our best to make your experience comfortable.

3. While On-Board

  • Clothing - Clothes should be convenient and comfortable. High heels and pointed shoes should be avoided.

  • Shoes off - It is customary on board a luxury yacht to abide by the “bare feet” rule. High heels can scratch and damage the teak decking whereas black soles can leave unsightly scuff marks inside the cabins. Plus it’s a lot more fun and gives you a relaxed feeling.

  • Children & Pets - Children are welcome aboard though it is important for guests to remain responsible for them.

  • Belongings – Take care, they’re rare! They company, yacht and its crew are not responsible for safety of personal belongings of their guests like phones, bags, wallets etc. Please ensure you keep them safe and secure.

  • Captain – the captain will always have the final say for everything onboard. Please remember his decisions are final to ensure safety of guests and the yacht.

  • Smoking – Only outside in open areas, not allowed inside cabins or saloon areas.

  • Music – Many (not all) of the yachts have music systems and have IPOD, mobile, CD connectivity. Better to check with us once before the trip.

  • Swimming – At your own risk. Please do not swim before the engine stops or under the influence of alcohol.

  • Drugs - There is absolutely no tolerance for drug use on board our yachts.

  • Damages – If it’s broken its considered sold. Any damages caused due to guests will have to be borne by them.

Above All, Have Fun, Take Many Pictures & Enjoy The Amazing Experience.
