1. Taxes 

Service tax extra is applicable (as per prevailing rate).

2. Special Days 

Prices increase during special occasions (24th 25th 31st Dec, 14th feb etc) Boats are subject to availability an d booked on 1st come 1st serve basis.

3. Air conditioning 

While many boats have air conditioning, please check once before you confirm the boat as the ac may be in servicing and not working.

4. Standard Delay

There could be a delay of 10-15 mins which would normally be due to heavy movement of boats on water typically on weekends. Cooperation is requested as the duration promised will not be cut short.

5. Pricing

100 % advance payment.

Additional Services like chef, butlers, bartenders, Decoration, F&B etc to be charged separately unless clearly specified.

Liquor permits – Extra (need 1 week notice normally to apply for permit).

Rates are subject to change of seasons and weather conditions. No money refund policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

50% – upto 15 days prior to date of charter.

100% – 0-15 days from date of charter.

•  If the experience cannot be conducted due to weather or any other genuine circumstances, 3 alternate dates would be provide or a refund of up to 90% of the package price.
•  Experience is subject to weather and other Govt, legal conditions that may occur without prior notice.

•  Blue Bay Marine cancellation policies and procedures are subject to change. You are bound by the policies and procedures on the date your reservation is confirmed.

7. Indemnity 

The customer and its guests indemnifies, defends and hold harmless the service provider, the company, boat owner, the yacht and its crew from and against any claims, damages, expenses or liabilities for any accident, loss, damage, injury suffered by the guest / passenger that may arise during the duration of the cruise, whether such occur ashore or afloat.

8. Drugs

Blue Bay Marine is a drug-free environment – illegal substances are not tolerated. Any rowdyism, misconduct and actions contrary to the laws of India will result in the immediate cancellation of the Charter.

9. Responsibility for Children, Pets etc

Any children or pets on-board are the sole responsibility of their parents / owners or guardians. The crew are not be responsible.

10. Damage 

In case of loss or damage of the equipment, particular parts of the yacht or the yacht itself, the guest shall be liable to pay the charges , which corresponds to the value of repair, acquisition and / or purchasing the equipment or particular part of the yacht.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
